All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability. In the event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 40 days from receipt of the order confirmation e-mail. Please allow approximately 20 days for international orders to be delivered.
What is your return policy?
You may return a product for refund, store credit, or exchange within 40 days of the order shipment date. (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email). All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged, no problem. Simply click “Contact Us” link on the Site to arrange for the return of the item. Just contact us within 40 days of the item’s original shipping date to arrange for the return of your purchase. We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, etc., where applicable.
After you contact us by sending us a message, you will be contacted by one of our representatives. Follow the instructions given to you by our representatives for the return of your item. Ship your package back to us at the following address:
